Tutors Registration

At Ztutors, we maintain high standards when selecting tutors to ensure the best educational experience for our students. Our registration process is strictly structured, transparent, and based on merit and integrity.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

  1. Online Application Submission
    • Tutors must fill out the official registration form with accurate personal, academic, and professional details.
  2. Document Verification
    • Submit front and back images of CNIC.
    • Provide educational certificates or transcripts for qualification validation.
  3. Profile Screening
    • Each application is manually reviewed. Any incomplete, fake, or misleading information leads to automatic rejection.
  4. Telephonic/Online Interview (If Required)
    • For selected candidates, a short interview may be conducted to assess communication, teaching style, and subject knowledge.
  5. Registration Fee Payment
    • A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000 is to be submitted after passing the initial verification.
  6. Final Approval
    • Once approved, the tutor receives a Unique Registration ID, which must be used for all future references

Key Terms & Conditions

  1. Profile Accuracy
    • All submitted information must be complete, truthful, and verifiable. False data will lead to blacklisting.
  2. Confidentiality
    • Tutors must not share student leads or tuition details with others.
  3. Response Discipline
    • Tutors are expected to respond within 12 hours of being contacted. Repeated delays may lead to account suspension.
  4. Commission Structure
    • Ztutors will charge 50% commission on the first month of any tuition.
    • If the tuition lasts 1 month or less, a 25% commission will apply.
  5. Payment Ethics
    • Tutors are not allowed to demand or collect fees directly from students without academy permission.
  6. Refund Policy
    • If no tuition is assigned within 3 months, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded upon request.
  7. Conduct & Discipline
    • Tutors are expected to be punctual, honest, and committed. Any unethical behavior will result in immediate removal.
  8. Deactivation Rights
    • Ztutors holds the right to suspend or cancel any registration at any stage if terms are violated or if tutor conduct is found unprofessional.
